Library

Arrowsmith is part of the Golden Prairie Public Library District which contracts with the Bloomington Public Library. Village of Arrowsmith residents are eligible for a Bloomington Public Library card and have access to all locations and materials the library offers.

The Bookmobile stops in Arrowsmith in front of the Water Department every third Saturday. Bookmobile schedules and times are posted at the Post Office, Water Department, and the Community Center as well as at the Bookmobile webpage on the Bloomington Public Library website. 

Arrowsmith is also home to a Little Free Library in the small park on Main Street! A Little Free Library is a free book-sharing box where anyone may take a book or share a book. They function on the honor system. You do not need to share a book in order to take one. If you take a book or two from a little library, try to bring some to share to that same library, or another in your area, when you can.
