Water Rates & Policies

*VoA Water, Garbage, & Recycling are billed together.

Billing Information:

Bills are generated at the beginning of each month.
Payments are due by the 15th of the month.
A grace period of three days (18th of the month) is granted before late penalties are added.
If you are unable to make your payment on time please contact us by email or call and leave a message so that a payment agreement can be established.

Payment Options:

Online: Government Portal - (You will need your account number and last name.)
Autopay - (Sign up when you pay online)
Pay by mail
Drop your payment off at the office and place it through the mail slot in the door.

Fees:

Water/Garbage/Recycling: $70.00 per month
Change of Service: $50.00
Disconnect/Reconnect: $50.00 (This fee is applied for accounts where service is terminated due to lack of payment.)
Multifamily unit: $119.00 per month
Out of Town water: $67.80 per month
Bulk water: $6.00 (per 1,000 gallons)
Swimming pool: $30.00 (one time charge per season)
Late payment: $20.00
Return Check/Insufficient Funds: $35.00 - (See policy at bottom of this page)
Service shutoff and turn on: $25.00 (customer requests the water service be shut off and turned on later)
